I was looking for a new dental clinic and I lucked out coming across Chicago Lake Family Dental. The people working the front desk are always so courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I must say, I was apprehensive of going to a dental clinic in this location for multiple reasons. I wanted to be sure I was getting the best diagnosis and treatment especially since I prefer going to clinics in Edina, Bloomington, or Eden Prairie. HOWEVER, I have been pleased here. Everyone is friendly, office lobby and rooms are clean and I feel comfortable. Dr. Ali is knowledgeable and efficient at what he does. I know there are some negative reviews on here and I don’t know those circumstances but I haven’t had issues. He didn’t mind going back in places (of my fillings) multiple times to perfect the work when I asked. He is quick with the shots and I feel in good hands. Thank you for making my experience(s) comfortable and quick. I’ve got 3 more appointments that I’m not overly fearful about! 🙏🏽
I appreciate the staff being able to get me in quickly for my first visit. Dr. Ali does seem eager to save teeth when possible and get cleanings and other preventative care done as quickly and frequently as possible for patients. It's rare that someone who accepts MA is so dedicated to good care.
Monday was my first visit. I had been to many dental practices before and I kind of knew what to expect. I was really pleasantly surprised. The office was clean and efficient - staff were welcoming - and apologetic for the delay (which was none to me - only 15 minutes!) Dr. Ali explained everything in detail and I was included in the process as a partner, not just a patient. Very impressed and I look forward to my next visit.
